Truex currently sits 11th in the NASCAR playoff standings, so another solid performance in New Hampshire will give him a boost as he tries to qualify for the postseason in what will be his final full year of racing. Bell has enjoyed a lot of success in New Hampshire. In four NCS starts at Loudon, he’s earned an average finish of 15.0 with one win and two top-fives. His Xfinity Series career at NHMS includes an average finish of 1.0 after he found himself in victory lane after all three starts.
In what has been a year marked so far by inclement weather, it’s no surprise that the forecast in Loudon, New Hampshire, this weekend includes a prediction of showers and thundershowers.
