The fund received 68 applications seeking over £1.4m from the overall pot available of £466k.
The growing pressure on West Lothian 's voluntary mental health services has been highlighted as a council fund received requests for almost three times its total value.
The VSG launched the third year of its annual £465.700 Communities Mental Health and Well-being Fund late last year. Mr McCloskey added: "The wider Third Sector Interface Network is in active dialogue with the Scottish Government about the potential for Year 4 of this invaluable and much needed funding."
