Lou Alldis is running three miles every day in October to raise awareness about miscarriages.
Lou Alldis believes that pregnancy loss is an issue that should be talked about more, "as difficult as it can be"
Lou Alldis, from Wells, has experienced three miscarriages and is raising money for maternity and pregnancy charity Tommy's. "Plus, historically, NHS guidelines were that you had to have had three miscarriages before you were eligible for any support.She said that another reason for taking on the challenge was to "find me again".
"You get lost in grief and trauma and then being a new parent as well, which is wonderful but hard," she said.So far, Ms Alldis has run 51 miles over 17 days and says it has helped her feel more positive.
