The Fish Works in Largs had been nominated for fish and chip takeaway of the year
It has now been announced that the popular seaside chip shop has won the quality accreditation award and finished 3rd as best takeaway, after Whitehead’s Fish & Chips in Hornsea and Fish Kitchen 1854 in Maesycwmmer.Organised by The National Federation of Fish Friers and hosted by comedian and presenter, Jason Manford, the event saw 600 guests attend from across the industry.
