The suspects, both 20, are accused of shooting 37-year-old Deputy Omar Ursin while he was coming back home to get food for his family.Two suspects were arrested in connection to the death of an off-duty Harris County Precinct 3 constable's deputy after he was shot while driving home, the sheriff's office saidThe deputy's family spoke with Eyewitness News and said they are distraught with the occurrence."We have been robbed.
"You know that this person has killed somebody," Ursin's father said. "Then you give them a bond to be able to get out, and once they're out, they are out back doing the same thing.""Somebody is making plenty of money to be able to let these people roam the streets the way they're doing," said Royal Ursin.
Pct. 3 Constable Sherman Eagleton noted one of the suspects was arrested with the fallen deputy's handcuffs.
