Amari donated her hair to The Little Princess Trust which provides free real hair wigs to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions
A North Belfast girl has cut and donated her hair to a children's charity, 'melting her family's hearts'.
Amari's mum Christine, who is "extremely proud", said the Cliftonville Integrated Primary School pupil made the decision herself that she wanted to help others and will continue to do so.READ MORE: NI student nurse hailed a 'hero' after saving young woman's life at airport Christine said: " such a caring heart and watched a YouTube video of children who lose their hair due to cancer and it broke her heart that they were her age, and this year she was making her Communion and was getting her hair done."She searched internet until she found The Little Princess Trust took hair donations. She got me to contact them and set up a Go Fund Me page... she raised £525.
