A Watford woman has warned dog owners after her pet was attacked twice by the same dog in two months.
A Watford dog owner is “at the end of her tether” after she and her pet were attacked by the same dog twice in two months.
Herts Police have confirmed they are investigating both incidents and urged anyone with information to come forward. The owner is described as a mixed-race man in his late 30s or early 40s, with dreadlocks and wearing dark clothing. He allegedly verbally abused her when she asked for his name.
