A teenage girl became emotional last week after recalling seeing a naked biological man, who identifies as a transgender woman, while she was showering in her local YMCA's women's locker room.
Rebecca Phillips, who is 17 years old, explained to the Santee City Council in California,"As I was showering after my workout, I saw a naked male in the women’s locker room." She claimed she was"terrified" and retreated to hide behind the shower curtain.
— KUSI News January 13, 2023 "The locker room was supposed to be her safe haven to gossip with her friends and shower and change," she explained. “The indecent exposure of a male to a female minor was an inconvenience to them," Phillips said of the Santee YMCA.
