"If we can use our military to protect somebody else's border halfway around the world, I think we can and should use our military to secure our own border," Ramaswamy said in a video posted to Twitter on Tuesday.The presidential hopeful's remarks come in the wake of Title 42's expiration last week. 14k illegal immigrants will now cross our Swiss-cheese southern border *daily* as Title 42 ends. "14k illegal immigrants will now cross our Swiss cheese southern border daily as Title 42 ends," he wrote."I will use the military to secure the border without apology. This is shameful."Using the military is an option available to the president, and it would do more for the country than just stop the flood of illegal immigrants, according to Ramaswamy.
"That's something that the U.S. president can actually do, and we solve the fentanyl crisis in the process," he said.
