"If you want to control somebody and you want to exact your power and authority over somebody, ask them to do something that makes sense," Carolla said."What they're doing in the states that want the most power is the things that make the least sense because it means they have the most dominion over their populous."
"And that’s what we’re doing with kids," he added."Because this will not be the last emergency. And it will not be the last time the government and the governor and the mayor need to exact their power."
