A source in the City of San Antonio confirmed that a warrant has been issued for Councilman Clayton Perry's arrest for his involvement in a hit-and-run Sunday night.
A source from the City of San Antonio has confirmed that SAPD has issued a warrant for Councilman Clayton Perry's arrest.A source with the City of San Antonio said Councilman Clayton Perry’s attorney took him to the Bexar County jail, where he was booked, and a search warrant has been issued for his Jeep.
Earlier in the day, the source confirmed that a warrant was issued Thursday for Councilman Clayton Perry’s arrest for his involvement in a hit-and-run Sunday night. Perry was apparently arrested for failure to stop and give information in a crash with damages worth more than $200, a Class B Misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to 180 days jail and a $2,000 fine.Success!
