A warning has been issued to anyone who has paid for a TV licence in the UK. Millions of homeowners and renters are being urged to check if they're owed a £159 refund without realising.
That can lead many to believe that they need to pay full price, or risk a large fine. But many don't realise that they may be eligible for discounts ranging from 50 percent to 100 percent. In order to claim the concession licence, people must provide at least one of the following documents to confirm they are certified as blind:
