Burnley boss Vincent Kompany must follow a strict car rule if he is appointed as Bayern Munich manager.
The Belgian looks set to take over at the Allianz Arena from the beginning of next season following the departure ofdefender was relegated with Burnley this season, but Allianz Arena chiefs reportedly hold the belief that his style of play will be suited to Bayern's players.If he does become the next Bayern manager, Kompany will have to follow a strict car rule during his time at the club.Bayern and Audi have a long-term partnership, with the German car manufacturers owning a minority 8.
It is expected that squad members drive to and from the club's training base in their Audi cars, as well as to and from matches and other 'club-related activities'.The players are not strictly bound to using Audis - as long as they drive a car from within the Volkswagen group, including Bentleys, Bugattis and Porsches.
"I would like to apologise to the club and Audi for not having come to training in my company car," he said in a statement.
