Goodie, 26, explained how she managed to give up vaping after smoking one Elf Bar a day
A 26-year-old make up artist revealed the tricks she used to give up vaping. Goodie, known as @iftheshoefitswearit on TikTok, gave her followers a rundown of the methods she used to quit, after smoking one Elf Bar a day for a year.
Goodie said: “Just for a bit of context, I was vaping one Elf Bar a day which is like 600 puffs, which is a lot. So number one thing to do is when you’re gonna quit, don’t quit in the middle of the day. Don’t be like, ‘right I’m gonna quite at 3pm,’ after you’ve already vaped that day. She explained the first couple of days of quitting will be “absolutely horrendous” but the feeling will “start to ease off”. “The practical things I've done to help me are literally sweets, sweets, sweets, sweets, sweets, sweets,” Goodie said.
“I never thought I would give up vaping, I loved it, it was the biggest joy in my life” Goodie explained.
