Stomper: 'The slippery road after the rain caused this accident to happen.'
A 40-year-old van driver was arrested for drink driving after an accident with a car at Ubi Avenue 1 on Tuesday night , said police.said the collision between the Toyota Hiace van and the red Toyota Prius occurred near the Maha Bodhi School entrance.
Sharing videos and photos of the aftermath, he added:"The slippery road after the rain caused this accident to happen." In response to a Stomp query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force said it was alerted to the accident at about 9.55pm.When contacted by Stomp, the police said the 38-year-old male car driver and his 34-year-old male passenger were conscious when taken to the hospital.
