Uvalde School District Police Chief Peter Arredondo is branded a 'coward who failed children' after Texas shooting
Pete Arrendondo, 50, is being slammed by his neighbor after he changed the status of the shooting on Tuesday from an 'active shooter' situation. As a result, police officers stood back for more than half an hour as Salvador Ramos continued to slaughter 19 children and two adults. Some students continued to call 911 at the time.
