The Texas community got its first look at the new and highly anticipated Moody Center court this week. The new design for the hardwood was created with the help of fans.
The winners are selected by a panel of judges and will receive complimentary passes to the men’s and women’s basketball home games this season. Kids that submitted designs from nine schools that participate in the Neighborhood Longhorns Program will also receive complimentary basketball tickets.
According to Texas Athletics, the new design for the Moody Center court will be replicated permanently as part of a public outdoor court refurbishment in the Austin area.
