Police have provided an update after Celtic star Matt O'Riley was allegedly attacked at the Rangers v Celtic match.
Following the shocking incident, the team hit out at the 'repeated targeting' of their players and staff with 'missiles'.Now, cops have said they are investigating an object being thrown onto the pitch at Ibrox during the match.During the game, the clubs drew 3 - 3 with goals from Daizen Maeda, Matt O'Riley, Adam Idah, James Tavernier, Abdallah Sima and Rabbi Matondo.
A spokesperson for Celtic said: "It has been confirmed today that a glass bottle was thrown at Matt O'Riley at yesterday’s match.
