We know multidisciplinary care is best for people with pain, but too often it is inaccessible. Participate in US_Pain’s survey to make your voice heard.
This survey is geared toward individuals with chronic pain and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Answers will only be analyzed and shared in aggregate and anonymously to help advance understanding of barriers to pain care.
