Russia is very unlikely to seek an end to the conflict this side of a US presidential election next November, military analyst Sean Bell has told Sky News.
We reported a little earlier on the announcement that China and the US are to hold talks on nuclear arms control next week.The news has prompted significant reaction among analysts - and is relevant to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, not least given the fact that China is probably Russia's most important ally.
