International court should take 'just' position on Putin, says China
Russia's encirclement operation in Bakhmut has left few avenues to transport equipment to Ukraine's soldiers, the UK Ministry of Defence tweeted. London will welcome justice ministers from around the world to discuss scaling up support for the International Criminal Court, following its arrest warrant for Mr Putin.
