Ukraine’s southern port of Izmail on the Danube River was hit by Russian drones, Romanian television stations report, showing footage from locals who caught the attacks on video from across the border
Russian forces struck the southern part of the Odesa region overnight, regional Governor Oleh Kiper said on Telegram, without specifying the location of the strike. Some port and industrial infrastructure caught fire and a silo was damaged, he said.
