Perth and Kinross Council is working with letting agents to remove signage ahead of the £27.2 Perth Museum opening in Easter, 2024
"Ugly" To Let signs are being removed from Perth city centre in a bid to make it look more attractive for visitors to Perth Museum.
The report also revealed PKC was working with professional artists "to make Perth city centre look more appealing" by using different window dressings in empty shops advertising Perth Museum. Executive director of Communities Barbara Renton said: "To Let signs are part of permitted development but some agents have already been agreeing to replace them with window vinyls which you will have seen on vacant shops. We are doing a piece of work through David's team to encourage more people to do that."
