Many of the most recent comments on DownDetector indicate users are having problems getting the app to work. Uber had responded to multiple messages on Twitter, noting it's trying to fix any issues with the app as soon as possible. "Currently, there is a known issue that’s preventing users from going active using their app," reads one tweet from the Twitter feed for Uber support."Our technical team is already working on fixing this ASAP.""Within the last few hours, a brief service interruption resulted in some riders not being able to request trips," said Uber in a statement."Service has been restored, and all riders globally have access to upfront pricing and can request trips as normal.
