Highway rehabilitation on US-75 between the Dallas County line and a huge swath of Collin County is almost complete.
The Texas Department of Transportation is spending more than $660,000 for pavement repair on a 15 mile stretch of US-75 between W. Campbell Road in Richardson and Eldorado Parkway in McKinney. The agency’s work began in June 2021 and is expected to be complete this April, a spokesperson wrote in an email.
Traffic on some stretches of US-75 makes it the most congested highway in North Texas. The traffic on US-75 between the George Bush Turnpike and I-635 results in a loss of more than $23.5 million annually,
