Emergency services raced to the scene in Bury after the smash
Two people have been taken to hospital after an ambulance was involved in a crash with a car in Bury.
Further paramedic vehicles, police and fire engines all attended the scene. Two people were taken to hospital it has been confirmed. The nature and seriousness of their injuries is currently unclear. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "At around 7.40pm, officers responded to reports of a collision between a car and an ambulance on Manchester Road, Bury. Two people have been taken to hospital for treatment."
