Carl Eaton and Peter Walsh are doing a 'jailbreak challenge' and will try to complete it without spending a penny
Carl Eaton and Peter Walsh will travel 1,600 miles in wheelchairs from the furthest corner of the UK, Land's End, all the way up to the Orkney Islands before heading back home to Skelmersdale . Carl, 61, was was born with Spina Bifida and lost a leg at 13-years-old.
In honour of Lu Lu, who had always expressed a fascination with the Orkney Islands after watching a documentary about them, Carl and Peter decided to incorporate a visit to the islands into their challenge. They are set to embark on a 'jailbreak challenge' from Land's End tomorrow , with the journey beginning in earnest on Saturday . Carl admits he's unsure of how long the challenge will take as they're ''relying on the kindness of others'' for essentials like accommodation, food and drink.
