A man wounded in a shooting early Wednesday is treated by first responders in the 100 block of North San Ignacio Avenue.Two men were shot during a heated argument early Wednesday on the West Side.
The argument occurred among four men around 4 a.m. in front of an empty house in the 100 block of North San Ignacio Avenue, San Antonio police said. One man pulled out a gun and fired several shots. One man was hit three times, and the other was struck once in the chest, investigators said.Both men were transported to University Hospital in critical condition.
