UTAH CHILDREN'S BOOK AUTHOR ACCUSED OF MURDERING HUSBAND TOOK OUT $2M IN LIFE INSURANCE PRIOR TO HIS DEATH Utah prosecutors are accusing Kouri Richins, 33, of poisoning her husband Eric Richins, 39, with fentanyl last year at their home in Kamas, outside of Park City, while their three young sons were sleeping.
Chinn also suggested that Kouri may have known she was a suspect by the time she had reached out for an interview and book promotion because authorities had already searched her house and questioned her on multiple occasions.
