Marquan L. Edwards, 22, left, and Adalyn Jean Burkett, 18, were arrested after allegedly abducting two Florida children and taking them to Wisconsin.issued a missing child alert for 2-year-old DeKarsen Middleton and 1-year-old Delyla Middleton.
