America First Action will be spending $10 million targeting the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. The ads will be rolled out on the TV and digital platforms and in a mail camapaign.An array of liberal groups have gone on the air in recent weeks with spots hammering Trump over his response to coronavirus. Priorities USA, a leading outside group, is spending more than $6 million targeting the president.
With the pandemic dominating the election, the cash-flush Trump campaign and Republican National Committee have chosen to preserve their resources for now.
