“People are understanding that this is not a matter of justice; this is a vendetta,” he said of the Trump indictment under the direction of the Manhattan DA. “We believe this is an abuse of power. We believe this is simply outrageous. This puts us as a banana republic from a Third World country.” “I was going to wear a dress shirt today, and see what I wore?” asked William Allen of Allentown. He was outfitted, instead, with a ‘Trump 2024′ baseball cap and a T-shirt emblazoned with his favorite president’s image and the word “GOAT” – as in “greatest of all time.”Of Trump, Allen said: “He’s for the people. He’s the only one who can bring our country back from the brink. He’s the only one that’s got a plan of action. He’s the only one that’s lived up to what he told us he was going to do.
