WASHINGTON—House Democrats said they would proceed Friday with a vote on a revised bill to respond to the coronavirus crisis even if they can’t finalize an agreement with the Trump administration, as President Trump withheld his support for the current legislation.
“We don’t think they’re giving enough,” Mr. Trump said of Democrats during a news conference in the White House Rose Garden. “They’re not doing what’s right for the country.”
