Donald Trump's (realDonaldTrump) campaign team just created an ad comparing Trump to Marvel (Marvel) super villain Thanos:

) is a Titan bent on eliminating half of the entire universe’s population, and would have succeeded if it weren’t for some timeline reversing. Considering the way Trumps’ opposition in Congress, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, fades to dust at the end of the video, the power of universal destruction seems to be a positive for the president.

Creator of Thanos, Jim Starlin, was highly unhappy with the rendition, as he expressed on his Instagram:
