Troy is officially back in Fear the Walking Dead season 8, bringing with him a ton of baggage and a number of questions about how he's still alive.

Played by Daniel Sharman, Troy is in a position to fill the role of Fear the Walking Dead’s final villain. Years after his “death” in the season 3 finale, Troy is back and looking for revenge against those who wronged him, namely Madison.
How Troy Survived After Fear The Walking Dead Season 3 For a long time, it was easy to assume that Fear the Walking Dead had closed the door on Troy’s story for good. After all, he took two hard hits to the head from a hammer at the dam in the season 3 finale. What’s worse, the dam exploded within the timeframe of the episode, killing an untold number of people in the vicinity.
This act, which Troy likely sees as a betrayal, led him to develop a different view of events that occurred before the dam explosion, as evidenced by him accusing of her being at fault for the loss of his home, father , and brother . Troy and Nick share the blame for Jake Otto’s death, yet Troy is now putting this on Madison. Troy getting exiled from the ranch, and Jeremiah Otto’s death, on the other hand, can be attributed to Madison, but these weren’t things that he hated her for in season 3.
