TROY-A Troy man convicted of shooting into an occupied building has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
“This outcome should serve as a reminder to those who wish to commit crimes involving guns,” said 12th Judicial Circuit District Attorney James Tarbox following the sentencing hearing which was held at the Pike County Courthouse. “Our office will seek to prosecute you, and if you are convicted we will seek to have the judge send you to prison.”
