The center of Tropical Storm Harold will move inland late Tuesday morning about 200 miles south of Houston. Still, you'll notice a stronger east breeze with a few fast-moving storms.
Tropical Storm Harold formed in the Gulf of Mexico overnight and is expected to make landfall in South Texas on Tuesday morning.
FOX 26 Houston is now on the FOX LOCAL app available through Apple TV, Amazon FireTV, Roku and Google Android TV! According to the National Hurricane Center, Harold is expected to produce 3 to 5 inches of rainfall in South Texas through early Wednesday, with isolated areas seeing higher amounts. Scattered instances of flash flooding are possible, the NHC says.
