It's understood the 27-year-old was targeted outside the town's fire station before managing to make it 300 yards to a nearby street where he collapsed.
Andrew - known to pals as 'Panda' - was discovered by a local before being taken to hospital where he died.Caitlin McFarlane said: "The love of my life, the person who made me smile and laugh every single day without fail. My best friend.She also included some pics of the couple and a toy panda.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “About 2.30am on Sunday, 5 November, 2023, we were called to a report of an unresponsive man in Newmains Road, Renfrew. “Emergency services attended and the 27-year-old man was taken to hospital where he died a short time later."A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”STAR'S FORTUNE
