A football team has paid tribute to a 16-year-old boy who died after an 'incident'.
Kory McCrimmon passed away in hospital after allegedly being seriously injured during a disturbance in the Cranhill area of the city.
999 crews rushed to Greenfield Park in Eskbank Street shortly after 8pm on Friday, May 31, after being made aware of the incident. Sadly, the youngster was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he died on Sunday, June 2. Following his death, his former football team - Easterhouse Football Academy - has paid tribute to the teen."Today our former player Kory passed away after an incident on Friday night."Heartbreaking.
"We need to try and educate the younger generation about the dangers of carrying a knife and the devastation that it can cause.One person said:"So sad.
