🔴Travellers are facing extremely long queues at Heathrow airport due to ongoing staffing crisis

“I’ve never seen it this bad. I had to queue for 30 minutes just to get into the passport hall itself and around an hour of queuing in total. It was packed. A lot of the digital passport readers were open and the queue did eventually start moving – I think the problem is that a lot of flights landed together and everyone was stuck in the same queue.
