Posting here in the hope that I can get some unbiased opinions. My kid's dad has been absent for pretty much their whole
life . When he has been around in the last he was abusive and toxic and has never provided for the kids. He cheated while I was pregnant with the second child. Fast forward to now, he wanted to move in and for us to try and I decided to give it a chance because he appeared to have turned a new leaf and I wanted to be able to tell my kids that I did at least try. I know it sounds stupid but I just wanted to give it a chance for my kids sake.
Ignore all his nasty comments. He's trying to control you by putting you down. Remember, that HE came running back to YOU. I understand you saying you gave it a try for your children's sake but they are clearly suffering with having him around, as are you. Thankyou for your reply. I told him this isn’t going to work today when he started shouting and screaming at our son. He’s gone now. Hopefully he won’t come back.It sounds like you are talking about my ex. Everything down to him saying that you are his woman, to not letting you even get dressed in your bedroom is what I went through too.
