Severe thunderstorms will be possible Tuesday mainly northeast of Houston towards Polk
We have seen a few severe storms in SE Texas this afternoon but the rain has mostly behaved today. A cold front should increase coverage of rain later this evening. Overall it looks like the severe threat for most of SE Texas will remain very low with most of us just seeing showers. If we see another severe storm, it will most likely be towards Polk and Trinity Counties.
