A number of Beverly Hills, 90210 alumni have been contestants on the reality show, including Brian Austin Green, Ian Ziering and Jennie Garth - as well as Shannen, who died of cancer this July.
Tori Spelling has joined season 33 of Dancing With The Stars - 14 years after her late Beverly Hills, 90210 castmate Shannen Doherty competed on the program.
She will be facing off against celebrities including The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks, it was announced Wednesday on Good Morning America. She added that Shannon, who succumbed to cancer aged 53 in July, 'will be watching over, and she always said:"You gotta turn your power on," so I’m doing it now.'
NBA star Dwight Howard, Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher, former Bachelorette Jenn Tran, former Bachelor Joey Graziadei, Family Matters actor Reginald VelJohnson, Chandler Kinney of Pretty Little Liars: Summer School fame and Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik are in competition as well. Shannen Doherty featured on season 10 of the program, paired with Mark Ballas, whom she is pictured with in a promotional shot for the show
Tori's casting on Dancing With The Stars comes five months after she filed for divorce from her husband Dean McDermott, with whom she shares five children -Liam, 17, Stella, 16, Hattie, 12, Finn, 12, and Beau, seven.
