Dallas developer Cawley Partners is setting up a new multifamily development division to do projects in Dallas and elsewhere.

Now the developer is launching a multifamily residential operation to handle a new North Dallas building and other projects.community on Northwest Highway in the Preston Center area. “We are just trying to find opportunities,” said developer Bill Cawley, who heads the commercial property firm. “That Preston Center site we think is irreplaceable real estate.”
