A 37-year-old woman has been arrested for drug driving and child protection related offences.
A three-year-old girl is in "critical condition" after falling from a car and into the path of a moving van.

"The child was taken to hospital having sustained serious injuries, and she remains critical but stable. The driver of the transit van stopped at the scene and he is assisting police with the investigation.
