Phelps, a body length behind, loses for the first time in a major international meet since Ian Crocker beat him in the 100 butterfly final at the 2005 worlds.2011 — Ryan Lochte celebrates the first world record set since high-tech bodysuits were banned 1 1/2 years ago.
