The senseless attack on the bird happened outside the Toby Carvery on Festival Park which was busy with diners
Diners at Toby Carvery were left in shock as a nesting goose was kicked in the head in Stoke-on-Trent.
The animal charity is now seeking to identify the individual responsible for the attack, which occurred around 3.15pm on Sunday, April 14. Staffordshire Police have also been notified about the incident, which is believed to have been witnessed by those dining inside the restaurant.Ambulance Service were called to the collision on Lightwood Road, in Lightwood, reports Stoke on Trent Live.
"We would urge people to show kindness and respect towards all animals. This goose - who is nesting - would have felt very vulnerable."
