Three people are to stand trial charged with an alleged 'hate crime' at student halls.
Stephen Gray, Kyle Miller and Shannon Carrick are said to have assaulted a man at the accommodation in Dunaskin Street in Glasgow's Partick on Monday.Prosecutors state the allegedGray faces a separate charge of acting in an aggressive manner towards the man, swearing and making a racist remark.
Gray and Miller - both aged 22 - as well as 18-year-old Carrick denied the accusations at Glasgow Sheriff Court this week.The trio - all marked as the same address in Partick - were bailed meantime.
