Three issues statement after customers complain about not getting emergency alert
Mobile network provider Three has issued a statement after some customers failed to receive the emergency alert test on Sunday .
However, there was some confusion after many customers using the Three network complained that they did not receive the alert at all.Three later addressed the claims in a tweet, confirming they are now working with the Government to ensure it doesn't happen when the alert system is eventually introduced.
Twitter user Rob Freeman said he did not get the alert on Three, while Harry Askham replied: "Also on Three, no alarm. Guess that's it. Amateur hour!"
