A New York State judge gave liquidators control of the
Judge Martin Glenn of the U.S. district court for the Southern District of New York gave liquidators Russell Crumpler and Christopher Farmer of financial firm Teneo control of the assets, preventing co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies from transferring or disposing of them. The judge ruled that the 3AC executives had failed to participate in liquidation proceedings.
